FASTWAY Confirmed For SWEDEN ROCK FESTIVAL
February 25, 2007FASTWAY, the reactivated band featuring original MOTÖRHEAD guitarist "Fast" Eddie Clark, have been confirmed for the 2007 edition of the Sweden Rock Festival, set to take place June 6-9 in Sölvesborg, Sweden. The festival billing is shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

Fast Eddie Clarke formed FASTWAY in 1982 after he left MOTÖRHEAD. The group's original lineup featured Pete Way from UFO, Dublin-based singer Dave King (now in FLOGGING MOLLY) and ex-HUMBLE PIE drummer Jerry Shirley, but Way ended up leaving he group before their first album was recorded.
